Issue:
My customer had made some site/ plant transfer entries and something not in their knowledge. But this has resulted in a mismatch between the SAP stock quantity and physical stock quantity.
Now, in order to make everything correct, they want to zero out the stock in SAP and reload the stock quantity with the actual one.
My question is “How to carry out the above activities in SAP and what would be its impact on the Finance Transactions?”
Secondly, they want to upload the new quantity of stocks at the MAP and the MAP, they are desiring to be of the latest purchase price.
So my second question is “How to this?”.
Informatively, we have negative stock allowed in our system.
Solution:
You can zero out ur stock with the movement type 701 or 711. At presently i dont have system so i am not sure whether it is 701 or 711. Otherwise you can also do the reverse of 561 upload that is through 562 you can zero out.
For the financial impact, when you zero out your stock will be credited and when you re-upload with the corect quantity it will be debited.
At the time of reuploading you can maintain the MAP. Chek the field is whether surpress then you can maintain the MAP field as optional and maintain the MAP price.
