Is there any report in SAP which can give me vendor ageing in
following format for a particular business area : -
Vendor code Vendor Name Total Due Above 90 Days 60-90 days 45-60 Days
30-45 Days
up to 30 days

Yes, you can do it by T-code S_ALR_87012078.
